Simon
Hayman has Seventeen years of experience within the
motor trade, He is a qualified Diesel Fuel Injection Engineer,
which he achieved whilst working for a Bosch Distributor for
nine years. In 1994 he joined a local dealer group as an After
Sales Advisor, he was promoted to After Sales Manager after three
years then became the Head of After Sales for the Group, which
he continued until forming Performance Driven.

Apart
from the experience and qualifications gained, Simon has also achieved
recognition within the trade and was elected a Member of the Institute
of the Motor Industry in December 2001.
Phillip
Retter served a five-year apprenticeship gaining experience
on all makes and models. In 1999 Philip joined a franchised dealership
as a technician and has continued to gain qualifications and skills
before helping to form Performance Driven.

Phillip
also achieved recognition when at college and was awarded as the
top student for his final year.
Neil Selley has 12 Years experience within the motor trade and has an
extensive mechanical experience gained from working on cars as well as commercial
vehicles. Neil also has bodywork skills acquired when fabricating body shells
